The Boston Bruins have released their first round playoff commercials by Boston agency Mullen. I feel like they really understand the Bruins brand, which shows in the spots. A great take on Boston hockey fandom, much better than anything i have seen from any other NHL team’s advertising efforts.

Detroit Lions unveiled their new comprehensive brand that includes a new logo and new uniforms. Apparently they had made several ‘significant’ changes in the off-season and new brand identity is another element of that process.

They also introduced a new proprietary font, “NFL Lions.”
